Description
I am looking for a successor for my EMS studio in Seligenstadt for personnel reasons. Solid membership base. Turnover in five figures and rent €1150 warm. A perfect start to self-employment in the constantly growing health market.
Currently still under Bodystreet license, but can be terminated at the end of the year and continued under its own label.
Two temporary staff with the necessary licenses can be taken on as support. Makes the start easier as all processes are known. All training can currently be completed in 4.5 days per week. Nice work-life balance as we are closed at weekends.
I will be happy to answer any further questions in a personal meeting. I myself still have the Bodystreet in Aschaffenburg, which is why I am of course always available for advice. I would also be happy to hand over the studio in Aschaffenburg and continue in Seligenstadt, but unfortunately I can't manage both in the current situation. If it is guaranteed that all members will continue to be looked after properly, I will also hand over both studios. The turnover in Aschaffenburg is higher and the rent is only marginally higher than in Seligenstadt.
